Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Monitor and care for critically ill neonates using advanced equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and continuous monitoring devices.
• Perform procedures including intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, and NG tube placement.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately using Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech EMR.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, maintaining high standards of professionalism and emotional regulation.
