• Fast development/promotion - ask our superstar Azem, who after 4 months was promoted to Sales Manager.
• Functional B2B outbound sales process - since our start we have proven that our process works. You will daily call and win new customers, only this way we reach every month our goals.
• Trust and autonomy - remote is no problem for us because we know you exceed your goals. Ask Asena, she has been working from Spain for a month.

• Your task is to daily convince new customers on the phone. This works very well because our product creates real added value in an undigitalized industry.
• This is often demanding. Grow with these challenges and experience the wins every day.
• We are fans of independence and intrinsic motivation. Here you will only feel comfortable if you love your task as much as we do.
• Our customers (construction industry) usually speak German, so you should speak fluent German.
